Platform role
TravelAI is a travel metasearch platform that displays partner-provided travel information for comparison.
We aggregate offers from third-party providers to help you compare routes, prices, and options in one place. Displayed information reflects partner feeds at the time of search and may change before you book.
No direct booking initially
Bookings are completed on provider websites. TravelAI does not issue tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, or package confirmations.
When you select a deal, you leave TravelAI and continue on the partner's checkout flow. Your contract for travel services is with that provider, not with TravelAI.
Provider responsibility
Providers are responsible for final prices, availability, booking terms, refunds, changes, and customer support for completed bookings.
User responsibility
Users should verify travel dates, passenger details, visa rules, baggage, cancellation policies, and final price before booking.
